Swimming Lessons Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking lessons with Nairn Hydrotherapy Trust, you are deemed to understand and accept these Terms & Conditions, forming the basis of the contract between us.
Booking and Payments:
Booking and payments can only be made online on ClassForKids.
Upon booking, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing your order, class information, and payment information.
Once you have booked a term, the booking is non-cancellable.
An annual membership fee of £30 per child is non-refundable or transferable upon cancellation.
Payments:
When enrolling for a new term, you are agreeing to participate for the full duration.
Payment must be made in full.
Non-payment prompts email communication and potential cancellation.
Debt collection agency may be appointed for unpaid lessons.
Cancellation Policy:
You will automatically keep your place for the next term unless you inform us otherwise.
If you do not wish to keep your space please give us written notice via email before the re-enrolment deadline advertised in the mid-term swim newsletter.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations during the term or after the re-enrolment deadline.
Lessons are non-transferable; no refunds or catch-ups for missed lessons.
Cancellation doesn't relieve the obligation to pay for lessons.
All cancellation requests communicated via email to hello@nairnhydrotherapy.co.uk we do not handle any admin through social media or by telephone.
Cancellation by Nairn Hydrotherapy Trust:
Classes may be canceled if the pool is unfit or due to force majeure.
No refund for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds for adverse weather conditions.
We will communicate cancellations via email and/or text.
In the event of teacher illness, we will credit your account.
Medical Conditions and Sickness:
All medical conditions must be disclosed before starting lessons.
Bring any necessary medication to lessons.
Contagious illnesses - wait until cleared by a doctor to swim.
Athlete's foot or open wounds - refrain from attending until healed.
Tummy bugs and sickness can spread quickly and we ask that all children stay out of the pool for two weeks after symptoms have stopped. This is to prevent spreading germs like Cryptosporidium and Norovirus, which can survive in water for a long time.
Loss/Injury Suffered by Participants:
No responsibility for incidents out of our control.
Respect property; use facilities at your own risk.
No liability for loss or injury or death during lessons.
Behaviour/General Responsibilities:
Obey instructions from pool staff and teacher.
Right to remove anyone displaying disruptive behavior.
We ask that all children not yet toilet trained wear a double nappy system. This means a swim nappy must be worn with a neoprene jammers over the top.
Photography & Recording:
No photography or video recording during lessons.
We may use photos/videos for marketing with consent.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Permission granted for information use by Nairn Hydrotherapy Trust via ClassForKids.
Update ClassForKids for changes in contact or medical information.
Information retained until membership elapses for one calendar year.
